My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and very clean, exceeding my expectations compared to other hotels in the area. The service was fantastic, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, although I was informed there were no room upgrades available. The location was convenient, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and near the Katy Mills mall, but the layout of the roads was frustrating to navigate. My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location was just perfect, surrounded by lots of restaurants and the Katy Mills mall. The rooms were spacious and well-lit by natural light, which I loved. The service was exceptional, with staff ready to assist 24 hours per day. However, navigating through the circular roads around the area was a bit frustrating. Despite that, the proximity to Marriott and Starbucks made everything so convenient.
